About Us

Clinton Randall IV is the Founder of Randall Consulting Group, Inc. He is a veteran in the Service and Asset Management space, working with companies of varying sizes and verticals for the past 14 years. In working with each company, he's found that Service Management processes are not a one size fits all, but an ever-evolving framework that adapts to the constantly changing needs of the business. He holds credentials as an Ivanti Neurons for ITSM Expert, ITIL Foundations Certified, and holds a Top Secret Clearance. Outside of work, Clinton is raising his three children, trains jiu-jitsu and lifts weights when he can get to the gym.
